AmeliaMath is a math practice app for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We take children's privacy seriously and are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
AmeliaMath collects only the minimum information needed to provide a personalized learning experience:
Student data is stored in a cloud database (Turso) hosted in the United States. Data is transmitted securely using encryption (TLS/SSL). There is no user account system; profiles are stored locally on the device and synced to the cloud database for persistence.
AmeliaMath offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called AmeliaMath Premium ($1.99/month) that unlocks additional content. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple via RevenueCat (our subscription management service).

AmeliaMath contains no advertisements of any kind.
AmeliaMath does not contain links to external websites or other apps, except for links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
We do not sell, trade, or share any student data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services described above, solely for the purpose of providing app functionality.
Student data is retained for as long as the student profile exists. Parents or guardians may delete a student profile at any time through the app's settings. You may also request deletion of all data from our servers by contacting us at the email address below. Upon request, we will delete all data associated with the student profile within 30 days.
AmeliaMath is designed for children and includes a parental gate to prevent unauthorized purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
